What is it?

Spiritual Companionship (Spiritual Direction) is a place to be seen and witnessed. It’s a place to bring your confusions, longings, excitements, questions, and deeper stirrings, and to explore what feels real in you and the relationship you have with something greater than yourself.

It’s a space to listen to the deeper places within and to be met with compassionate understanding. This is not a space where we try to fix you, but a space where we hold the fact that you are already whole. If we can get quiet enough to listen, the questions we have can open us to deeper layers of truth that reside within.

This is a space where I accompany and support you on your journey inward.

What to Expect

These are monthly one-on-one sessions guided by what you bring. Together, we may engage in meditation, contemplative practices, reflection, conversation, attunement to something greater than ourselves, and occasional periods of silence so we can become more curious about what is present.

This is a space to slow down, listen more deeply, and explore your inner life with honesty and care.

Who It’s For

This work is for those who are curious about deepening their connection to themselves, their spirituality, or their own inner guidance. It’s for those feeling lost, searching for meaning, wanting support in their spiritual lives, trying to understand themselves more deeply, or simply needing a space where they can rest in the questioning.

All backgrounds, beliefs, and perspectives are welcome.
