Sarah McKay
I hold a four year degree in Religious Studies with a minor in Psychology from Naropa University, I have completed two years of training to become a Spiritual Director and two years of training to become a Cherag/ Sufi minister, both with the Sirat-i Inayat Interfaith Sufi Order. My background also includes over a decade of meditation, contemplative practice, yoga, and inner exploration.
Through my own inner work, meditation, and spiritual practice, I’ve been to some of the deeper places within myself. Those experiences have helped me learn how to hold space for the complexities of being human with more openness, curiosity, and care, allowing shame and constriction to soften.
I’m passionate about creating spaces where people feel safe to be fully themselves and explore the deeper parts of their inner life and relationship to something greater. The space I offer is warm, grounded, compassionate, and real.
